Live generation depends on the availability and credits shown in the studio. Purchases remain disabled while the Waffo Pancake merchant application is completed.

1. Consent and rights

Submit two separate portraits, one per performer only when you have permission to use the photos and every identifiable person’s likeness for the requested AI transformation. Use the two individual upload slots in performer order. Each slot needs a separate clear portrait; the studio sends both references to the provider. Do not claim the resulting performance was recorded in real life.

Use consent appropriate to the context and proposed publication. Do not use someone else’s likeness to suggest a real endorsement, statement or performance they did not make. Obtain rights for any music, logos or other material you add.

2. Prohibited uses

Do not submit, generate or distribute material that involves:

  • Pornography / NSFW: nudity, sexually suggestive content, adult content, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Violence / gore: graphic violence, gore, threats, incitement to violence, or material used to harm or intimidate a person.
  • Hate speech: hateful abuse, dehumanization, discrimination or targeted harassment against a person or group.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): sexualized depictions of minors or any content that exploits or endangers children, including AI-generated material.
  • Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized likenesses, fraudulent impersonation, identity theft, fabricated endorsements, or deceptive claims that a synthetic performance is authentic.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: use of protected works, brands, publicity, likeness or other rights without the required permission, or content prohibited by applicable law.
  • Invasions of privacy, publication of private personal information, or photos obtained without the necessary permission.
  • Attempts to bypass verification, safety review, provider restrictions, access controls or credit limits.

3. Review before sharing

Watch the complete output and check faces, hands, clothing, camera movement and any audio. A rap-style visual does not guarantee licensed music or synchronized singing. Do not publish an output that violates rights even if a provider accepted the original request.

Clearly disclose that a realistic generated performance is AI-generated where viewers could otherwise be misled or where a platform or applicable law requires disclosure. Follow the destination platform’s rules and obtain permissions for your chosen use.

4. Safeguards and reports

When photo safety checks are enabled, Cloudflare Clef reviews every uploaded photo before video generation. Only approved photos proceed; a blocked image or unavailable check stops the request before video credits are charged. The review keeps decision metadata rather than the photo or raw model response.

The service or its provider may decline a request, restrict account access or remove stored content to address prohibited use. Automated checks can miss violations; acceptance of a task is not legal approval of its contents. A rejected request and a billed provider task can have different credit outcomes; see the Refund and Credit Policy.

To report an unauthorized likeness, rights infringement or harmful output, contact the studio support address with the relevant task or result reference, the rights or person affected and a brief explanation. Do not publicly repost intimate or other sensitive content as part of a report. We may ask for proportionate evidence to verify and assess the complaint.

Reports, removal and deletion requests are reviewed manually. Removing a stored studio file does not guarantee that copies already held by a provider or shared with others disappear. Applicable legal and provider processes may also be needed.
